Uninterruptable Power System For Safety And Signalling (RFI IS732D Spec) Single Phase Version
Single-phase type SIAP power systems are designed specifically for “small installations” (level crossings, line posts, RTB installations) where reduced power (1.5 to 15 KVA )with the same reliability as the three-phase version is required. The Integrated System consists of the following functional branches or subassemblies:
AC branch.
AC branch emergency
DC Branch.
Accumulator batteries
Power factor correction section (5, 10 and 15KVA models only)
The ON-LINE power system has been developed for small plants (level-crossing, line points, etc.) where there is small power request with high reliability as the three phase version. The unit is made up by the following sub-units:
(a) AC section No. 1 and No. 2 made up by:
rectifier
Inverter
static switch
b) Emergency AC section
isolating transformer
stabilizer
static switch
c) DC section
d) No. 2 batteries
e) PFC section
(only for 5, 10, and 15KVA versions)
